Q: How much will it cost?
A : There are a few ways that I get paid for speaking engagements.
1. Your venue pays me. – This is of particular benefit for my sponsors and especially venues with stores. The speaking event draws potential buyers into your business.
2. I charge a per person fee for the event. With this example there will be a lower pre-event pricing which will encourage people to pay ahead of time (and can be done from my website). The walk – ins for the event will pay prior to the start of my speech. - In some cases the amount charged will include an 8 x 10 inch commemorative print from my current promo ( I bring these with me to all events).
Q: How long do you speak?
A: Typically 45 minutes with a 15 minute or more (depending on needs) question and answer period. I like and encourage interaction even during my speaking, so I often field questions as they arise.
Q: What do you need from us?
A. A projector (and screen) that works with a laptop or iphone. I use a mac laptop but I do have a converter that works fine with any projector that works with PC or Mac. I also need a sound system (speakers ) , if you have one. If not, let me know and I can bring one along.
Q: How far will you travel?
A. There is no distance too far as long as you are willing to pay for my travel expenses, food, rental car and lodging. If your budget does not currently allow for this please send me an email and I will contact you if I end up near you on a future speaking tour.
