On solo journeys through much of America’s West, she speaks about the fears that she has faced in order to live her dreams. And what happens when the unexpected happens and you face fear that you never expected to encounter? A survivor of a recent life or death situation gave Kristen insight into the importance of becoming a part of the situation, staying calm, versus being a part from the situation and panicking.
