
It’s always interesting how the intimate details of a scene take awhile to unfold. On first approach I see the obvious. But as I become more and more a part of the scene pictures within pictures spring forth with life.
As I crawled onto the ice from my slightly warmer standing position along the frozen shore, I saw tiny little worlds frozen in time within the ice. Delicate bubbles formed intimate landscapes beneath the surface. This is one such intimate landscape exposure made from getting closer.
