To me clouds are a subject unto their own. Their art happens spontaneously and then changes, evolves and transforms. This particular morning was rich with cloudscapes but the landscape below it was drab and brown. I opted to photograph the layer drama in the clouds and ground the image with just a touch of the trees below.
