Mr. Moose in the Grand Tetons. My friend Kimberli and I were on a 14 mile hike when she spotted a moose sleeping by a pond to our left. We watched him for an hour or so as he nodded off and then awoke briefly. He suddenly stood and we watched him move about towards the water for a drink before he dissappeared from our view into the thick woods.
